Legendary developer/publisher SNK has opened a new website titled "New SNK Game Announcement" complete with a countdown that ends one week from now, on September 10 at 19:00 JST.
This also happens to be the same time and date that Sony have a pre-Tokyo Game Show live stream planned, so it will be interesting to see if and how these two events merge. Of course this sets everyone to muttering over what SNK have to reveal. It's far too soon for a new King of Fighters, but we can't rule out a new Samurai Shodown, Fatal Fury, or hell, even Metal Slug... Battle Collosseum II, anyone?
Personally, I'm very much looking forward to next week, and have everything crossed for the inevitable reveal of Super Baseball 3030. Of course, we will keep you all updated when the big news arrives.
