You could say the Marvel Cinematic Universe hasn’t had the best last few years. Now, in 2025, we’ve had two new MCU films — Captain America: Brave New World and Thunderbolts* — that were either critically panned and commercially disappointing, or critically loved yet struggling to make MCU-sized returns. Marvel is in…
A fantastic 2019 PS4 action role-playing game is just $4.39 in a new PS Store sale. Developed by Dead Mage and published by 11 Bit Studios, Children of Morta is discounted as part of the new ‘July Savings’ 2025 promotion. The game is playable on PS5 and packed with content.
Children of Morta’s 80% off deal is accompanied by discounts on the game’s two add-ons, which are now dirt cheap. Ancient Spirits DLC is $1.74 for PS Plus members and $1.99 for everyone else. Meanwhile, Paws and Claws DLC is $0.69 for PS Plus members and $0.79 for non-subscribers.
Considering Children of Morta’s complete edition is $26.99, this is a pretty good deal. Players have until July 17 to avail the offer.
Children of Morta tells the story of the Bergson family with seven playable characters. “Embark on the adventure of an extraordinary family of heroes,” reads an official description. “With the Corruption spreading through the land, guardians of the Mountain Morta have to stand up against the ancient evil.”
Children of Morta supports local co-op and a Family Trials mode that’s separate from the main campaign. It features different gameplay systems, items, objectives, character builds, and more.
Suffice to say that Children of Morta is packed with hours of fun, and its sale price is a steal.

A promising upcoming soulslike action RPG will be PS5 Pro enhanced, according to the game’s PS Store listing. Chinese studio Leenzee’s Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, which is out next month, looks pretty stunning as it is. Looks like PS5 Pro players will be in for a bigger treat.
Leenzee and publisher 505 Games haven’t talked about Wuchang: Fallen Feather’s PS5 Pro enhancements yet, so it remains to be seen what we’re getting other than prettier visuals. While the game’s PS Store page does carry the ‘PS5 Pro Enhanced’ tag, it’s worth noting that not all games tagged as such on Sony’s storefront receive enhancements right away.
At the time of this writing, we don’t know if Wuchang: Fallen Feathers will get PS5 Pro specific support at launch or post launch.
Wuchang: Fallen Feathers was originally announced in 2021. 505 Games later signed a publishing agreement with Leenzee, and the game is set to release on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on July 24.
Pre-orders are live on the PS Store, with the standard edition costing $49.99. All preorders will come with the following:
*Enhanced costume sets contain 5 costume pieces each

A PS3 shooter series that hasn’t seen a new entry since 2013 might end up releasing on the PS5, if a new rumor is to be believed. Techland is making a new Call of Juarez game, according to a reliable insider, and it’s being built on Unreal Engine.
This report comes from none other than known insider Tom Henderson, who has a pretty stellar track record. Writing on his website Insider Gaming, Henderson claims that a Call of Juarez “sequel has been in development for some time.”
This suggests that the next Call of Juarez will make its way to PS5, but given Techland’s troubles right now, that remains to be seen.
The troubles that we speak of are two canceled games, per Henderson, that cost the studio approximately $37 million in losses in 2024. A year prior, Techland incurred a loss to the tune of $25 million. One of the canceled games was reportedly a fantasy action RPG.
“Game development is never a straight line, and sometimes fresh approaches are necessary to make great games,” Techland said in a statement to Insider Gaming. “What’s important here is that none of the reported changes have resulted in staff reductions.”
Call of Juarez spanned two games, both of which were published by Ubisoft. The original game released in 2006 followed by Call of Juarez: Gunslinger in 2013. Publishing rights moved back to Techland in 2018.

I have a long-term love of logic puzzle games. I consider Hexcells, Tametsi and the DS’s Slitherlink to be among the greatest video games of all time. Mario’s Picross is surely the all-time best Game Boy game? My phone is very rarely not running at least one of Conceptis Puzzles’ Android apps. So it is with enormous…

Fans have long called for the hit extraction shooter to be available on every platform, and in a shocking twist, the Sony-published blockbuster is obliging.
