Link’s a pretty fashionable guy. But he also has a number of needs from his threads beyond just looking great: increased defenses, the ability to withstand extreme temperatures, and now that he’s taken to jumpin’ off islands in the sky like a madman, having increased aerial maneuvers is pretty important too.
