What a week. The weekend couldn't have come fast enough, quite frankly. But now that it's here I'm determined to at least and enjoy it. Hopefully, you feel the same way, and whether the world is treating you wonderfully, or the devil is vomiting into your kettle, here's hoping that you find some time this weekend to be around things you love and cherish, be they people or pastimes.
This week, I've not played much that I am able to talk about right now, but I did boot up the incredible brawler Fight'n Rage, inspired by its recent release on Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. It's a game I've heaped a lot of praise and attention on, and for good reason, as its one of my favourite games - in one of my favourite genres - of all time, and that's a shoot brother. With great retro visuals, and awesome soundtrack and deep, branching gameplay - not to mention a boatload of great unlockable content - it's well worth checking out, whether in its original PC form or this week's new ports. Go smash some bad guys, save some innocents, and eat food from the floor. Good advice for life generally, I guess.
